Do you work with SDRs, or only AEs?+
This coaching is built specifically for Account Executives - people who own a quota and are responsible for closing. The frameworks, deal reviews, and mindset work are all tailored to the AE seat. If you're an SDR looking to level up, I'd encourage you to apply once you've made the move into an AE role.
What timezone are you based in, and when are sessions?+
I'm based in Australia (AEST) and work with clients across APAC, EMEA, and the US. Sessions are scheduled around your calendar - I have early morning and evening slots available to accommodate most time zones. We'll find a time that works before you commit to anything.
What does a typical coaching session actually look like?+
Every session is built around what you're dealing with that week. We might be doing a live deal review on a stalled enterprise opportunity, working through your discovery approach on a new logo, or unpacking a lost deal to find the real lesson. Nothing is scripted or templated - it's whatever will move the needle most for you right now.
How is this different from company-provided sales training?+
Company training is designed for the average rep and has to work across dozens of people at once. This is private, one-to-one, and built entirely around your deals, your gaps, and your specific situation. There's no playbook. No slides. Just focused work on what's actually blocking you.
Is there a minimum commitment?+
No lock-in contracts. It's month-to-month from day one. That said, real progress in sales takes more than a few weeks - most clients stay 6-12 months because that's when the compounding effect really kicks in. I ask for genuine commitment to the work, not a contractual one.
Does my company need to know I'm working with you?+
Not at all. Everything is completely private and confidential. Many of my clients prefer to keep our work between us - they just want to show up better without making it a company conversation. What happens in our sessions stays there.
What if I apply and it's not the right fit?+
I review every application personally and I'll be honest with you if I don't think the timing or fit is right. I'd rather point you somewhere more useful than take your money when it won't deliver the results you need. The intro call exists for exactly this reason - no pressure, no sales pitch.
